Yaduka Group founded in 1976, Yaduka Group began as a Chartered Accountant firm, specializing in Income Tax Consultancy, Company Law Matters, and Auditing. Over the years, the company has built a strong reputation for reliability and excellence, which eventually led to the expansion into real estate development, establishing a prominent presence in Kolkata.

In 2006, Barsana Club was launched at Beliaghata, a lifestyle club offering a non-alcoholic, family-friendly environment, complete with amenities like a swimming pool, gym, spa, vegetarian cuisine, and a herbal hookah parlour.

In response to the growing need for parking solutions, Krishna Park Infracon (P) Ltd. was established in 2008, specializing in mechanical car parking systems. A partnership with Wohr Parking System in 2011 further strengthened its position as an innovator in the parking sector.
